In Aldous Huxley's Brave New World, Bernard lives his life, or more
exists in a Utopian society of which he does not fully agree with. He,
unlike the other characters develops throughout the story by breaking
free of the societal norms and expressing a sense of individualism
characterized by Huxley. Therein lies the theme of the story, that one
cannot be an individual without their own humanity.
